FAQ
Find the detail you need.
Answers about costume contents, fit, wigs and store information. Contact [email protected] for a specific product or order question.
Does a costume include everything in its photographs?
Read the named contents of the selected item. Styled photographs can include shoes, wigs or props that are listed separately.
Can I choose my usual clothing size?
Compare the size chart on the exact product. Charts and measurements differ between garments; one-size items also have specific measurements.
Are all wigs suitable for heated styling?
Check the material and instructions for the exact wig. Do not assume a safe heat setting from the appearance or category name.
How can I ask about an order?
Email [email protected] with your order reference and question. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (GMT+8).
What does one size mean?
It identifies one offered size for that item, not a universal fit. Compare the specific bust, shoulder, sleeve and length measurements listed.
Where can I check delivery information?
Read the Shipping Policy for the current destinations, costs and timing. Ask about a required date before planning an event around an order.
Where are return and cancellation conditions?
Review the Refund & Return Policy. Contact support with your order reference and the details of your request.
Where can I find payment information?
Read the Payment Method and Billing Terms & Conditions pages.
