Does a costume include everything in its photographs?
Read the named contents of the selected item. Styled photographs can include shoes, wigs or props that are listed separately.
Can I choose my usual clothing size?
Compare the size chart on the exact product. Charts and measurements differ between garments; one-size items also have specific measurements.
Are all wigs suitable for heated styling?
Check the material and instructions for the exact wig. Do not assume a safe heat setting from the appearance or category name.
How can I ask about an order?

What does one size mean?
It identifies one offered size for that item, not a universal fit. Compare the specific bust, shoulder, sleeve and length measurements listed.
Where can I check delivery information?

Orders, shipping and returns
Shipping
COCIGE lists free shipping to England for orders over £60 and a £20 fee for orders below £60. The current FAQ lists a 1-2 week process time; DPD is about 2 weeks, expedited express for specified small pieces is 1-2 weeks, and EMS for big but light products is 2-4 weeks.
Payment
The current Payment Method and Billing Terms pages list PayPal.
Returns
The current policy allows a return request within 14 days of receipt, subject to its conditions. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours.
